Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning with complex events.
Proven experience in operations management within the meetings and events industry.
At least 2 years in a direct people management role.
Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of Event Specialists.
Oversee the entire event planning process, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Lead onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless event execution.
Act as a liaison for client satisfaction and quality assurance.
