Job summary

Start People is seeking a Working Foreman in Industrial Coating in Nijmegen. The role combines coordination and leadership with hands-on work as an Industrial Painter and/or Blaster, guiding the shop floor and ensuring daily activities run smoothly. You will coach colleagues, onboard new workers, and support the line coordinator, with a focus on delivering quality, safety, and efficiency. Dutch and English must be spoken; evening shift willingness is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Willingness to work permanently in the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily activities within the Industrial Coating department.
• Carrying out industrial painting and/or blasting activities.
• Leading, coaching and motivating shop-floor colleagues.
• Assisting the line coordinator with operational activities.
• Onboarding and training new colleagues.
