Job summary

Applied Microelectronics AME in Brainport Eindhoven is seeking an Injection Moulding Operator for the evening shift (15:00-00:00). You will operate and maintain moulding machines in a high-tech production environment, ensuring consistent quality and efficient processes.

You will follow digital work instructions, support start-ups and tool changes, monitor quality, log deviations, and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Qualifications

• MBO-level technical education is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-tech environment.
• Good command of English for documentation and teamwork.
• Flexible to work overtime when required.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection moulding machines and related equipment.
• Execute production, inspection, packing, and machine operation per digital work instructions.
• Support production start-ups and assist with tool changes.
• Monitor process performance and product quality; perform checks and register results.
• Log activities and report deviations or abnormalities.
• Follow AME safety standards and workmanship guidelines.
• Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance tasks.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and well-organized.
