Job summary

An environmental organization is seeking a Manager of Assurance to oversee certification and technical matters related to sustainable palm oil supply chains in Europe. The role entails supporting RSPO members with certification queries, collaborating with European Certification Bodies, and ensuring effective communication within the Assurance team. A bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of experience in assurance systems are required, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in certification and assurance systems.
• Knowledge in agricultural or commodity industry certification schemes.
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support developments related to RSPO Supply Chain certification.
• Collaborate with Certification Bodies to conduct Supply Chain certifications.
• Develop a database of palm oil consumption and CSPO uptake.
