Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals is seeking a Senior Project Manager Europe to lead strategic logistics projects across Europe, including warehouse implementations, relocations and automation initiatives. You will drive project and change management, ensuring new operations, processes and systems are adopted across the organisation.

The role requires 5+ years of international 3PL project experience, Prince2 or equivalent certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within an international 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• Prince2 certification or a comparable project management qualification.
• Proven experience managing large and complex implementation, migration or logistics projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead international logistics projects based on a Prince2 project management methodology.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams throughout all implementation phases.
• Facilitate workshops with customers, operations, IT and other stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Report on project progress, milestones and challenges to senior management and project boards.
• Drive change management activities and support the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Develop and facilitate training programmes for end users.
• Identify and support automation opportunities within logistics and warehouse operations.
