Job summary

Balchem Corporation seeks an experienced Snr. Manager, Quality Operations – Europe to lead the quality function across its European manufacturing network, ensuring products are safe, compliant, and meet customer, regulatory, and company standards.

As a key member of the Global Quality Leadership Team, you will provide leadership to quality teams across Europe, strengthen systems, support operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites while ensuring audit readiness

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
15+ years of quality leadership in regulated manufacturing.
Experience leading multi-site quality organizations.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, and EU regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and support the European quality organization across sites.
Drive a culture of food safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
Build partnerships with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ensure effective quality and food safety systems and audit readiness.
Oversee internal audits, CAPA, and compliance activities.
Standardize processes and share best practices across sites.
Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
Monitor key quality and compliance metrics.
Support NPI activities and collaboration with operations, R&D, and supply chain.
Support customer audits and regulatory inspections.
