Job summary

Q8Truck is seeking a Pricing Analyst to shape pricing across Europe. You will manage daily pricing across European markets, monitor market developments, costs and margins, and translate changes into customer prices with accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply, Finance and others to improve controls, reporting, and pricing processes, and look for opportunities to automate. A bachelor’s or master’s in Finance or related field and 2–5 years’ experience are required; fluency

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, pricing, controlling, or analytical commercial role.
Proficient in Excel; Power Query and Power BI skills are a strong asset.
Experience with SAP, ERP, or pricing systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and disciplined work cadence.
Fluent in English; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage and validate daily pricing across European markets with clear country/product breakdowns.
Follow market developments and translate changes in market quotations, duties, VAT, and costs into customer prices.
Analyze margins, rebates, and pricing deviations and investigate deviations to identify root causes.
Prepare analyses and recommendations for the Pricing Committee and present them when ready.
Improve controls, reporting, and pricing processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to smarter pricing tools.
