Job summary

Arvima in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager Europe to lead cross‑functional new product development projects and help shape how the organization innovates. You will own a portfolio of 4–5 concurrent initiatives and drive them from concept to launch, ensuring governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across countries.

You will bring 2+ years of PM experience in technical environments, fluent English, and a pragmatic, ownership‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent thinking and working.
• 2+ years of project management in technical/industrial environments.
• Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
• Fluent English.
• Strong ownership and follow-through on commitments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of ~4–5 concurrent NPD projects with investments from €500k to €4M.
• Drive projects from concept through development, validation, industrialization and launch.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure governance and transparent progress reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and cross‑functional alignment.
• Build strong cross-country relationships and financial visibility across projects.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve processes with the PMO.
• Contribute to future NPDL rollout and continuous improvement.
