Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is expanding its European footprint and seeks a Business Development professional to drive new customer acquisition across Europe. You will build pipelines, engage prospects via calls, LinkedIn, emails and events, and translate customer needs into tailored logistics solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle from initial opportunity through contract signing, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Legal and Product teams to deliver value and scale account opportunities within

Qualifications

• Lead new customer acquisition across the European market, building and continuously expanding a strong customer pipeline.
• Proactively develop prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, industry events and customer visits.
• Identify customer needs across warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, distribution and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ / RFP / tender processes, including requirements analysis, solution design, pricing, proposal development and commercial negotiation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Product teams to ensure successful project implementation and service delivery.
• Identify and develop incremental business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
