Job summary

AIT Worldwide Home Delivery seeks a Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager Europe responsible for statutory financial reporting and compliance across its European operations. You will manage consolidated reporting, ensure compliance, and support finance leadership with high-quality reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Finance and has at least eight years of experience in financial reporting and compliance, preferably within a multinational European environment.

This role offers 27.5 holiday days per year, a solid pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Professional qualifications (RA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Managerial experience in audit/assurance or technical accounting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory financial reporting for groups headquartered in multiple countries.
• Oversee transfer pricing compliance across Europe.
• Coordinate statutory reporting timelines and manage audits.
• Manage statistical reporting to the Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS).
