Job summary

Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is seeking a Campagne Marketeer to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across Europe.

You will take initiative, set up, execute and optimize campaigns to reach entrepreneurs, candidates and audiences using tools like HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email platforms. You will collaborate with the Marketing team, translate goals into concrete campaigns, and continuously look for smarter, more impactful ways to reach audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience setting up and executing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and email marketing.
• Experience with lead generation and campaign execution.

At Marktlink, we help entrepreneurs build what’s next. As our Marketing team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Campagne Marketeer who wants to do more than just contribute ideas. Someone who takes initiative, gets things done and is excited to help Marktlink take over Europe.

Your goal is simple: make our marketing campaigns happen.

You’ll help Marktlink reach the right entrepreneurs, candidates and audiences across Europe by setting up, executing and improving campaigns across different channels.

You won’t be working from the sidelines. You’ll be part of the team, working closely with experienced colleagues and learning by doing. You’ll have the freedom to take initiative, test new ideas and figure things out along the way.

Your responsibilities

• Set up, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns;
• Translate marketing goals and ideas into concrete campaigns, actions and deliverables;
• Work with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and email marketing platforms;
• Support lead generation campaigns and help turn marketing activity into measurable results;
• Coordinate campaigns from start to finish, keeping track of deadlines, stakeholders and performance;
• Analyse campaign results and use data and insights to improve what we do next;
• Work closely with colleagues across Marketing and the wider organisation to make campaigns happen;
• Bring new ideas to the table and take ownership of turning them into reality.
• Continuously look for ways to make our campaigns smarter, more effective and more impactful.

Your profile

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field;
• Around 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience;
• Experience setting up and executing marketing campaigns;
• Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and email marketing;
• Experience with lead generation and campaign execution;
• A structured and hands-on approach: you like turning ideas into action;
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to take initiative;
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with different people;
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Excellent English; German is a strong plus;
• The curiosity to learn new tools, channels and ways of working.
