Job summary

benqeuropebv is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to join the European logistics team. You will coordinate and optimize supply chain activities, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient operations across Europe.

You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, warehouses and partners, with a focus on process improvement, KPI analysis and accurate documentation. English proficiency required; Dutch/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in an international business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Knowledge of European customs processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in English; Dutch and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle).
• Power BI or VBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor supplier delivery schedules, and coordinate shipments.
• Collaborate with sales teams across Europe to plan and arrange shipments.
• Identify root causes of delivery issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work with warehouses and carriers to ensure shipments depart per plan.
• Verify freight invoices, maintain stock accuracy, and monitor warehouse performance.
• Prepare and analyze supplier KPIs, material availability, delivery performance and cost variances.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
