Job summary

team.blue is seeking an Organic Search Specialist on a temporary contractor assignment to own SEO/GEO for the BE market and support NL brands.

You will contribute to broader Organic Search projects, perform technical audits, and collaborate with cross-brand teams to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions, while staying current with industry developments and AI-driven search trends.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an international environment, defining and implementing on- and off-page SEO strategies.
• Strong working knowledge across technical, content, and outreach SEO.
• Experience with GEO/LLM optimization (AI Overviews, answer engines, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish; an additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support GEO performance ramp-up and define SEO roadmap for BE market.
• Collaborate with NL team to optimize SEO/GEO for NL market.
• Produce technical audits and recommendations for crawl/indexing improvements.
• Drive initiatives to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions from SEO/LLMs.
• Stay updated on Organic Search trends and share learnings with cross-brand teams.
