Job summary

HG is seeking a Digital Content & E-commerce Intern to help grow our online presence across Europe. You will create and update product content for website and retailers, optimize titles and descriptions, upload media, and support SEO to boost visibility.

You will localize content for different markets, produce short‑form video content for Amazon, TikTok and Instagram, and craft visuals with Canva or CapCut. Expect collaboration with Online Growth teams in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, E-commerce, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital content, e-commerce, and online marketing.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented and organised.
Comfortable working with Excel and other digital tools.
Proactive and eager to take initiative.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch is a plus.
Curious and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and output.
Enjoy creating digital content for social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar content creation tools.
Enjoy editing short videos and creating engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

Creating and updating product content for website and online retailers.
Writing and improving product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
Uploading product images, videos, and enhanced brand content.
Assisting with SEO and keyword research to improve product visibility.
Checking product listings for accuracy and consistency.
Supporting content translations and localisation for different European markets.
Creating, editing, and adapting short‑form video content for platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Supporting the creation of visual assets in Canva, including product visuals, banners, social media content, and campaign materials.
Helping organise and maintain digital content libraries and assets.
Monitoring online content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with the Online, Brand, and Local Marketing teams on content‑related projects.
