Key Responsibilities

• Design, specify, and implement equipment solutions for food & beverage production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for equipment failures and inefficiencies.
• Support commissioning, validation, and maintenance planning of new and existing machinery.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to manage equipment procurement and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in equipment design, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.
