Job summary

ROA Services B.V. is growing and seeks an Assistant Chemical Technical Operator for an entry-level role with a clear path toward an independent CTO position. You will learn on site under supervision, follow the project plan, and gain safety procedure knowledge while documenting activities.

Based in the Netherlands, the role offers on-site work, a market salary from €2,900 per month, full-time 40 hours, and access to training and certifications to support your development and career progression.

Qualifications

• You are eager to learn, hands on and interested in technology, chemistry and industrial processes.
• You work carefully and have a strong safety mindset.
• You have an MBO (education level) working and thinking level, preferably in technology or chemistry.
• You communicate clearly and are not afraid to ask questions when you are unsure.
• You are available full time (40hr / week) and open to project based overtime.
• You have a driver’s license B and able to get to Etten-Leur by yourself.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of chemical cleaning projects under supervision of an experienced colleague.
• Assist with installing and dismantling temporary cleaning systems, typically including pumps, hoses, heat exchangers, drip trays, waste storage and liquid containers.
• Assist with dosing chemicals and operating the temporary installation. We perform closed loop cleanings and do not come into direct contact with products.
• Perform measurements and basic fluid analyses under supervision. This helps verify the chemistry is effective, the client’s equipment is protected and the system is properly rinsed after completion.
• Support logging and reporting. You help document measurements, events and deviations so we can adjust when needed and deliver a complete finale report.
• Work together with the other colleagues on site and support communication with them and the client within the agreed lines.
