JetBrains invites an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder in NoPressure, an early‑stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. This 0→1 role defines vision, venture strategy, and go‑to‑market plans, identifying ideal customers, high‑value use cases, and validating hypotheses through rapid experimentation.

You will work with a small, fast‑moving team to shape the product and market approach, turning insights into shipped prototypes and initial customer

Qualifications

• Track record of taking products from ambiguity to launch.

Responsibilities

• Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and what to test first.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows and pain points.
• Identify ICPs and initial use cases for growth through rapid experiments.
• Design and run lightweight prototypes and agentic experiences to test hypotheses.
• Establish clear metrics to decide whether to iterate or pivot.
• Shape positioning, messaging, and early go‑to‑market motions for initial customers.
• Monitor market shifts and competitor developments for new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to ship prototypes.
