Jobster zoekt een ervaren TIG-lasser voor onze productie in Nederland. Je werkt aan complexe roestvaststalen onderdelen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele lasproces, van voorbereiding tot eindcontrole. Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en levert kwaliteit volgens tekeningen en normen.

Deze rol biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden, werktijden in twee ploegen en een marktconform salaris met ADV- en ploegentoeslag. Relevante certificaten en Engelse taalvaardigheid zijn gewenst.

Qualifications

• Voltooid middelbaar technisch onderwijs.
• TIG Level 3 certificaat of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring met TIG-lassen en lastechnieken.
• Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen.

Responsibilities

• Weld componenten en halfproducten, voornamelijk roestvast staal, volgens tekeningen.
• Instellen en kalibreren van lasapparatuur en controleren op kwaliteit.
• Zorgen voor tijdige oplevering en productkwaliteit.
• Veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften naleven; samenwerking met Team Leader.
• Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en kennis delen.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a TIG Welder, you are responsible for the entire welding process, from preparation and setting up the equipment to welding, finishing and inspecting the final product. You will mainly work on one-off products and small series, with a strong focus on quality, safety and productivity.

• Preparation and welding: You select, process and weld components and semi-finished products, mainly made of stainless steel. You work according to the prescribed welding techniques, technical drawings and quality standards;
• Set-up and inspection: You set up and calibrate welding equipment according to the applicable procedures. You inspect components for presence, dimensions and quality and correct any deviations or welding defects;
• Production and planning: You work according to established delivery times and standard times and ensure that complex welded structures are completed correctly and on time;
• Maintenance and internal transport: You perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment. You discuss more significant technical issues with the Team Leader. When required, you also safely operate certified industrial equipment, such as cranes;
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing: You work closely with colleagues and actively share relevant knowledge and best practices. You expand issues related to capacity, delivery times or technical matters to the Team Leader or Supervisor;
• Improvement and safety: You contribute ideas for improvements to the production process, update process descriptions where necessary and always work in accordance with applicable safety, quality and environmental regulations.

In short, this is a varied position with an international market leader where you will combine TIG welding with fabrication work on complex stainless-steel structures.

• A gross monthly salary between €4.500 and €5.000, based on 40 hours per week, including ADV allowance and shift allowance;
• 27 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
• €0.23 net per kilometre travel allowance;

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00;
• Friday: 06:00–11:30 or 11:30–17:00.

Functie-eisen

For this position, we are looking for a skilled TIG Welder who works accurately, has strong technical insight and takes responsibility for the quality of their own work.

• You have completed a secondary-level technical education or have a comparable technical background;
• You have TIG Level 3 certification or an equivalent qualification;
• You have experience with TIG welding and welding techniques;
• You can read and interpret technical drawings;
• You work accurately and have a strong eye for quality and dimensional accuracy;
• You work well as part of a team and in a multicultural working environment;
• You are solution‑oriented and able to analyse technical problems independently;
• You have a very good command of the English language (Dutch is a big plus);
• You are reliable, punctual and focused on achieving agreed results.

You will be working for an international market leader in the development and production of machinery for the food processing industry. The company develops machines and systems that enable food producers worldwide to organise their production more efficiently, sustainably and to a high standard of quality. The Supply Chain organisation includes areas such as production, assembly and procurement. Machines and components are produced, assembled and tested at various production sites for customers and internal production organisations worldwide.

At the location in the Breda area, you will work in a technically specialised production environment. As a TIG Welder, you will be part of a team where craftsmanship, collaboration, innovation and quality are highly valued. The production site is easily accessible from locations such as Breda, Tilburg and Waalwijk.
