Jobster in de regio Nijmegen zoekt een Technisch medewerker SMART die samen met collega’s trailers assembleert en uitlegt hoe onderdelen worden gemonteerd en aangesloten. Je volgt duidelijke werkvoorschriften en leert stap voor stap met welke onderdelen gewerkt wordt.

Tijdens de inwerkperiode krijg je veel ondersteuning van ervaren collega's en ontwikkel je je technische vaardigheden. Het is een fulltime functie met doorgroeimogelijkheden, in een informele werksfeer en een teamgerichte omgeving.

Qualifications

• Technische interesse en hands-on werk.
• Bereidheid om te leren en nieuwe technieken te beheersen.
• Ervaring in technische omgevingen heeft de voorkeur.
• In staat om tekeningen en instructies te lezen.

Responsibilities

• Assemblage van trailersonderdelen volgens werkvolgorde.
• Installeren van hydraulische en pneumatische systemen.
• Bekabeling en elektrische componenten aansluiten.
• Bevestigen van chassis, assen en remsystemen.
• Plaatsen van houten vloer.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Kwaliteit controleren van het eindproduct.
• Samenwerken met collega's op verschillende werkstations.

Wat je gaat doen

As a technician SMART, you will work together with your colleagues to assemble complete trailers. The department produces different types of trailers. You will work according to clear work instructions and learn step by step how to assemble and connect various components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling various trailer components;
• Installing hydraulic and pneumatic components;
• Connecting electrical wiring and electrical components;
• Installing pipework, fittings and other technical components;
• Installing axles and brake system components;
• Making and installing wooden floors;
• Working on various parts of the chassis;
• Using hand tools and other technical equipment;
• Reading and following technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions;
• Checking your own work and ensuring a high-quality finished product;
• Working together with colleagues at different workstations;

A trailer goes through several stages within the department. This allows you to learn about different parts of the production process and gradually gain a better understanding of how a complete trailer is built. You do not need to know everything from day one. During your initial training period, you will receive plenty of support from experienced colleagues. You will learn the job in practice and have the opportunity to continuously develop your technical skills.

• Has an interest in technology and enjoys practical, hands-on work;
• Preferably has completed a technical education or vocational training;
• Has experience in a technical environment, for example in automotive technology, assembly, mechanical engineering or metalworking;
• Enjoys working with tools and has good technical insight;
• Can read work instructions and technical drawings, or is willing to learn;
• Preferably has some knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electrical engineering;
• Works accurately and has an eye for quality;
• Is comfortable with physical work;
• Works safely and responsibly;
• Works well with others and enjoys being part of a team;
