Uitzendbureau zoekt een techneut SMART die samen met collega’s complete aanhangers assembleert in een moderne productieomgeving. Je werkt volgens duidelijke instructies en leert stap voor stap hoe verschillende onderdelen aan elkaar worden gekoppeld.

Tijdens de inwerkperiode ontvang je veel ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s en krijg je de kans om je technische vaardigheden continu te ontwikkelen. Er is ruimte voor een vast contract bij gebleken geschiktheid.

Qualifications

• Technische interesse en hands-on mentaliteit.
• Bereid om technische opleiding of vakopleiding te volgen.
• Ervaring in een technische omgeving is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden en assembleren van diverse traileronderdelen.
• Installeren van hydraulische en pneumatische componenten.
• Aansluiten van elektrische bedrading en componenten.
• Installeren van leidingwerk, fittingen en andere technische onderdelen.
• Montage van assen en remsystemen.
• Maken en aanbrengen van houten vloeren.
• Werken aan verschillende delen van het chassis.
• Gereedschap en andere technische apparatuur gebruiken.
• Technische tekeningen, schema's en werkinstructies lezen.
• Kwaliteit controleren en zorgen voor een goed afgewerkt product.

Wat je gaat doen

As a technician SMART, you will work together with your colleagues to assemble complete trailers. The department produces different types of trailers. You will work according to clear work instructions and learn step by step how to assemble and connect various components.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling various trailer components;
• Installing hydraulic and pneumatic components;
• Connecting electrical wiring and electrical components;
• Installing pipework, fittings and other technical components;
• Installing axles and brake system components;
• Making and installing wooden floors;
• Working on various parts of the chassis;
• Using hand tools and other technical equipment;
• Reading and following technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions;
• Checking your own work and ensuring a high-quality finished product;
• Working together with colleagues at different workstations;

A trailer goes through several stages within the department. This allows you to learn about different parts of the production process and gradually gain a better understanding of how a complete trailer is built.

You do not need to know everything from day one. During your initial training period, you will receive plenty of support from experienced colleagues. You will learn the job in practice and have the opportunity to continuously develop your technical skills.

• Preferably has completed a technical education or vocational training;
• Has experience in a technical environment, for example in automotive technology, assembly, mechanical engineering or metalworking;

• Preferably has some knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electrical engineering;

You will be working for an international manufacturing company in the Nijmegen region, specializing in the development and production of high-quality trailers and semi-trailers for specialized and heavy-duty road transport.

A chassis enters the production facility and is transformed by different teams into a complete trailer that is eventually delivered to the customer.
