Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines for seeding, rinsing, harvesting, and packing, and step in with manual work when needed.
• Operate and adjust machinery used in the growing and packing process.
• Assist with manual tasks like sorting, weighing, or packing when necessary.
• Monitor product quality and work with care — sprouts are delicate.
• Help keep the process running smoothly, spot issues early, and work together with teammates to meet daily targets.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team.
