Job summary

Jobster in de regio Nijmegen zoekt een Operator die machines draait en afstelt. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan.

In deze 3-ploegendienst krijg je training, werk je aan kwaliteitsbewaking en onderhoud, en draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen. Een vaste aanstelling behoort tot de mogelijkheden en een marktconform salaris wordt geboden.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau opleiding of gelijkwaardig.
• Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid in werkprocessen.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlandse taal is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, afstellen en bijstellen van productieapparatuur.
• Wisselen en inrichten van productielijnen voor verschillende orders.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van meetresultaten.
• Uitvoeren van kleine preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden en oplossen van kleine storingen.
• Zorgen voor continue materiaalstroom en voorraad op de lijn.
• Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en meekijken bij procesverbeteringen.
• Veilig werken en orde houden op de werkplek.
• Nauw samenwerken met collega's en teamleiders om productiedoelstellingen te halen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you play an important role in the production process. You ensure that the machines run efficiently and that the products meet the required quality standards. You will work in a small and friendly team where cooperation, sharing knowledge and supporting each other are highly valued.

The working environment is dynamic and varied, making technical insight, accuracy and flexibility important qualities. You will receive proper training and guidance from experienced colleagues, giving you the opportunity to quickly become familiar with the machines and production processes and further develop your technical skills.

• Operating, setting and adjusting various production machines;
• Changing over and setting up production lines for different production orders;
• Carrying out quality checks and recording measurement results;
• Performing minor preventive maintenance and resolving minor technical issues to prevent downtime;
• Ensuring a continuous supply of materials and keeping the production line properly stocked;
• Identifying potential improvements and actively contributing ideas to optimize the production process;
• Working safely and keeping your workplace clean and organized;
• Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve production targets.

In short, this is a varied Operator position in a 3-shift system, where you will be part of a close-knit team and where your technical skills, commitment and ideas are genuinely appreciated.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an operator who is technically skilled, takes responsibility and likes to think ahead. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• You have previous experience as an operator or process operator and are ready for a new challenge;
• You are available to work in a 3-shift system;
• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety;
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You are eager to learn and motivated to further develop your technical skills;
• You have your own accommodation in the Nijmegen area and your own means of transportation to get to work.
