Job summary

Start People is seeking an Operator to join its production team in the Netherlands. You will learn on-the-job with an experienced coach, keeping lines running safely and efficiently while contributing ideas for improvement.

You will work closely with maintenance technicians, support new colleagues, and help maintain a clean, safe workplace. English is required, and a technical MBO level 3 diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field.

As an Operator, you and your colleagues will work together to keep the production lines running safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will learn how the machinery and production processes work through an extensive on-the-job training programme, supported by an experienced coach.

Good cooperation is essential in this role. By sharing knowledge, helping one another, and working closely with maintenance technicians, you will contribute to a smooth production process and a positive working environment. You will also have the opportunity to support new colleagues and contribute ideas for improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:
