Job summary

Madison People International is a specialist recruitment partner based in Hoofddorp. As a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering, you will handle full recruitment—from sourcing to placement—and manage client relationships.

You will start with existing clients, build your knowledge of the engineering disciplines, and progressively expand your own market and client portfolio with freedom and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Interest in people and engineering with a commercial mindset.
• Ambition to learn and develop professionally.
• Fluency in English required; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach engineering professionals through channels and network.
• Interview candidates to understand experience and career goals.
• Match professionals with suitable opportunities for clients.
• Manage recruitment processes from initial contact to placement.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, contractors and clients.
• Develop understanding of clients, environments and needs.
• Stay connected after placement and visit where relevant.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop new business and client portfolio.
