We’re a fast-growing SaaS company that allows you to take ownership of your career.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Customer Journey engineering teams, focusing on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS solutions for our global B2B e-commerce platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, mentoring talent, and ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams.

You will be responsible for creating an environment where engineers can thrive while delivering complex projects at speed. This role blends people management, technical leadership, and strategic execution.

Who we are:

  • Champions of Our League. "We deliver lasting success, balancing quick wins and long-term value." We take pride in our unique product and extensive B2B knowledge and continuously strive to improve. No matter our role, we bring value every day, helping our customers and partners succeed.

  • Determined to Grow. "We embrace challenges, growing and raising the bar for ourselves and our industry." We take on challenges, seek feedback, and keep learning. Every setback is a chance to improve and move forward.
  • Bold Together. "We dare to be bold because we have each other’s back." We collaborate across teams and time zones, challenge the status quo, and support each other to achieve the best outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Technical Strategy & Execution: Drive the technical vision, ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality software, and align with company-wide architecture goals.
  • Uphold Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices in testing, architecture, security, reliability, and compliance.
  • Manage & Develop Teams: Hire, coach, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and psychological safety.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, UX, and Data teams to define and execute roadmap initiatives and align business and tech priorities.
  • Optimize Engineering Operations: Monitor key performance indicators, manage incidents, and lead root cause analysis to continuously improve team efficiency and product quality.
  • Promote QA & Continuous Improvement: Drive a shift-left testing mindset, encourage team-wide QA ownership, and embed continuous improvement in workflows.

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Hands-on technical experience and ability to guide engineers in architecture and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS products in an agile environment.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • Able to work Hybrid from our Rotterdam Office.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with our Tech Stack: C#/ASP.NET Core/GraphQL/MSSQL & TypeScript/React/RxJS
  • Experience in B2B or eCommerce platforms.
  • Background in security, compliance, or performance engineering.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product features or personalization systems.
