Job summary

IC Resources is seeking an Engineering Director for a semiconductor company delivering advanced mixed signal ICs. You will recruit and lead analog, mixed-signal, digital and layout teams, driving architecture through tapeout and silicon validation.

Responsibilities include providing technical leadership across circuit design, verification, and layout, improving processes, and collaborating with systems and test teams on DFT/DFM and production, while aligning with product roadmaps and customer

Qualifications

MSc in Electrical Engineering required; PhD advantageous.
10+ years of custom analog IC design experience.
5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
Strong mixed signal IC development experience through to production.

Responsibilities

Recruit, build and develop analog, mixed signal, digital and layout teams.
Lead IC development from architecture through design, tapeout and silicon validation.
Provide technical leadership across circuit design, verification and layout.
Improve development processes, methodologies and engineering efficiency.
Work with systems, test and applications teams on DFT, DFM and production.
Support product roadmaps and customer requirements.
Manage engineering resources, schedules and budgets.
