Job summary

Sia is a leading energy and management consulting firm delivering transformation across the energy sector. As an Energy & Utilities Manager, you guide companies during the transition to the New Energy Reality, supported by Sia consultants and client counterparts.

You will coach teams, develop business, and help shape our offerings while ensuring projects exceed client expectations and drive growth. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, German is a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s degree completed.
8+ years of consulting experience in utilities.
Strong energy market view and network.
Interest in data and AI topics; quick to build expertise.
Excellent English and Dutch; German is a plus.
Self-starting, entrepreneurial, flexible; able to manage teams.
Ability to monitor trends and trigger actions within Sia.

Responsibilities

Guide energy/utility projects through transition.
Coach and mentor consultants.
Contribute to business development and sales support.
Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations.
Collaborate with client representatives on assignments.
Participate in market and service development.
