Job summary

Sia's Energy & Transport division in the Netherlands seeks an Associate Manager to drive transformation initiatives for major clients. You will lead strategic analysis, roadmap delivery, and implementation of change programs, partnering with senior leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role combines commercial and delivery responsibilities within a collaborative, international consulting environment, with options to work from home or in Amsterdam/Rotterdam offices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed.
• 5-7 years of consultancy experience.
• Networks with transport/energy companies.
• Strong view of developments in the market and impact on value chains.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills; German a plus.
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment in a varied team.
• Dynamic with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to achieve results.
