Job summary

A leading energy company located in Rotterdam is looking for an experienced M&A Analyst to join their M&A team. In this role, you will develop financial models, conduct market analyses, and create presentations for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in M&A, a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics, and excellent analytical skills. This position offers a chance to contribute to significant acquisition projects within a dynamic energy sector environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A or investment banking.
• Experience at an investment bank, Big Four, strategy consultancy, or corporate M&A.
• Fluency in English; Dutch, Swedish, or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models for M&A activities.
• Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies.
• Create presentations for stakeholders.
• Support M&A Directors in execution.
• Gradually lead smaller M&A projects.
