Job summary

Confed group is seeking a recruiter working across Dordrecht and Amersfoort to manage the complete recruitment process. The role is 32 hours per week with 24 hours negotiable, offering a monthly gross salary of €3,000–€4,500 based on a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Preferably a completed HBO degree in HRM.
• Several years’ experience in recruiting for organisation-wide roles, with a focus on technical, operational and production profiles.
• Experience recruiting for staff and production roles within large organisations.
• You work independently, take ownership and switch easily between different interests and levels within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Translate staffing needs into clear and realistic job profiles.
• Proactively approach candidates through various channels.
• Actively maintain contacts with municipal social services, social employment organizations, employer service points, temporary employment agencies, and educational institutions.
• Take the lead in the entire selection process.
• Coordinate closely with HR regarding job offers and onboarding.
