Description of the project.

At Ervaringswijzer we create workshops on dealing with everyday experiences, challenges and events. As a participant you learn to develop and give such workshops yourself. You can participate in different groups, such as the editorial group (sharing experiences and choosing topics), the research group (coming up with solutions) and the trainer group (designing workshops and practicing working methods). You work in a safe environment where you can use your own experiences to help others. This way you develop both substantive and personal skills.

• Research group: delve deeper, analyze and come up with solutions
• Trainer group: put together workshops and practice working forms
