Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Operations FP&A Associate Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for the Emerging Markets region. You will report to the Ops FP&A Senior Manager within the EM Supply Chain Finance team and deliver timely financial results to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monthly forecasting, annual planning, data integrity across systems, variance analysis, and FP&A process improvements leveraging Power BI and AI.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A roles or Supply Chain Finance roles.
• Economics / Business / Finance background.
• FMCG experience is a plus.
• English language proficiency.
• Microsoft Suite; Power BI would be a plus; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on approach with analytical mindset; able to work with multiple stakeholders; strong business acumen.

• Financial Planning and forecasting: manage monthly forecast cycle across the region's Supply Chain Network.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plan and budgeting for zone Operations with key stakeholders.
• Data Management, Reporting And Analysis: ensure data integrity across systems, reconcile results, prepare monthly reviews.
• Process Improvement: align and improve FP&A processes; pursue automation with Power BI and AI capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: work with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Accounting & Controlling, and country SCF teams to align inputs and view financial performance.

About the position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Operations FP&A Associate Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Emerging Markets region. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Ops FP&A Senior Manager within the EM Supply Chain Finance team. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Emerging Markets Ops financial results is a core part of this role — as is the ability to communicate those results clearly and in a way that is meaningful to different layers of the organization. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Operations.

Key Responsibilities Include

Financial Planning and forecasting:

• Managing the monthly forecast cycle for the Supply Chain Network across the region, ensuring inputs are complete, accurate and submitted on time
• Coordinating the Annual Operating Plan and budgeting cycle for zone Operations, working with key stakeholders to develop reliable cost and volume assumptions

Data Management, Reporting And Analysis

• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data across systems, including reconciliation of actual results and flagging and supporting the resolution of discrepancies
• Preparing monthly performance reviews for Global entity and Zone leadership team, ensuring outputs are clear, structured and tailored to each audience level
• Conducting variance analysis to identify and explain financial performance deviations, turning complex data into concise, actionable insights for a range of internal stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Supporting the ongoing alignment and continuous improvement of FP&A processes across the region — contributing to what is still being built while sustaining and refining what is already in place, with a focus on embedding best practices and driving synergies
• Identifying opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and enhance automation through PowerBI and emerging AI capabilities

Stakeholder Management

• Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Accounting & Controlling, and country Supply Chain Finance teams to align on inputs, support issue resolution and contribute to a consistent view of financial performance across the region

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A roles or Supply Chain Finance roles
