Job summary

Eaton is seeking an EMEA Power Distribution Installation & Commissioning Manager to lead a team of specialist engineers delivering commissioning and fault-finding support on strategic projects across EMEA. You will drive safety, project execution, and team development, while supporting growth of Eaton's Electrical Services business.

You will oversee planning and resource scheduling with Project Managers, provide technical leadership for commissioning activities on major customer projects,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in power distribution, commissioning, or electrical services.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong technical background in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.

Responsibilities
