Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Project Risk Manager - EMEA based in the Netherlands to lead risk management across a complex portfolio of AI infrastructure projects. You will establish governance, embed risk practices, and oversee risk registers across design, procurement, construction, and operations.

You will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations and scenario modeling, translating results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience.
• Significant risk management experience in complex EPC/infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead project and portfolio risk management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project risk management programme across the EMEA portfolio.
• Embed risk management across project lifecycle with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations.
• Provide independent risk oversight to senior leadership with proactive escalation.
• Promote risk culture with early ownership and clear accountability.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative risk analysis including Monte Carlo and SRA.
• Develop risk-based recommendations for contingency and reserves.
• Maintain risk registers with owners, mitigations, and action plans.
• Produce concise reporting on top risks, exposures, and trends.
