Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Breda, Netherlands, seeks a Manager in Process & Personnel Qualification Management to drive compliance and quality excellence. You will lead process and training projects, and champion digital tools for a data-centric qualification system.

The role partners with Global Development and quality governance to adapt GxP frameworks to evolving regulations. A BA/BS and 5+ years in pharma compliance are required, with strong leadership and English skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Science or Business required; Masters preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in a large matrix organization with pharma/device compliance.
• English: excellent written and spoken communication.
• Regulatory knowledge across global (pre)clinical safety and pharmacovigilance.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and training projects including process development, mapping, and training delivery.
• Partner with Global Development; align with quality and governance teams.
• Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and reporting to management.
• Support digital transformation toward data-centric content and qualification management.
• May lead or support audits, inspections, and other projects as directed.
