Job summary

Link Snacks, the global protein snack leader, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Amsterdam. You will support the BiFi & Minuets portfolio across EMEA and report to the Marketing Director EMEA.

Based in our vibrant HQ, you’ll coordinate Tier 2/3 innovation projects, manage brand data, and oversee budgets, ROIs, and cross-functional processes with Brand, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Fluent German and English are required, EU citizenship or valid work permit, and 3–5 years in FMCG

Qualifications

• EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Office/Event Management in FMCG.
• Strong project, organizing and prioritizing skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP experience.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2/3 innovation projects from concept to launch.
• Coordinate timelines, artwork approvals, retailer requirements, and launch readiness.
• Track post-launch performance and identify improvements.
• Manage Brand data and cross-functional processes across Brand Banks.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and agencies to turn plans into action.
