HARMAN International is seeking an Accounting Specialist for the EMEA region. You will support the financial month-end close, reporting, and risk controls, coordinating with Shared Service Centers in Hungary and India to ensure accurate and compliant operations.

With a focus on process improvement, you will leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA to optimize finance processes while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in international finance or controlling.
• Strong IFRS knowledge; European standards a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review month-end accruals (inventory, sales, royalties, freight, expenses).
• Review journals, reconciliations and intercompany transactions for accuracy.
• Investigate unusual movements and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting across multiple EMEA entities.
• Maintain control documentation and ensure policy compliance.
