• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software/EE or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
• Hands‑on MCU experience and understanding of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN & BLE.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; experience with version control and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance software/firmware features with moderate supervision.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop software for microcontroller and processor‑based systems.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and performance issues.
