Job summary

Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Display Technology Engineer to contribute to development and integration of next-generation display solutions in an international technology environment.

The role combines hands-on engineering, product innovation and technology development, working on display integration and exploring new technologies to bring concepts to life. A strong electronics/mechanical background and Dutch/English language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• An interest in electronics, display technologies, mechanical integration or HMI solutions.
• A combination of electronic and mechanical engineering knowledge would be a strong advantage.
• Some software knowledge would be a plus, but this is not a software development role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate display technologies into customer‑specific HMI solutions.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies, including TFT, OLED, touch solutions and cover glass.
• Research, test and validate new materials, components and technical concepts.
• Drive innovation projects from initial concept through to product introduction.
• Collaborate with international suppliers, technology partners and internal engineering teams.
• Identify emerging market trends and translate them into practical product solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the group’s HMI technology roadmap and share your technical expertise with colleagues and customers.
