Job summary

VAT Group is seeking an Electronics Industrialization Engineer to drive the end-to-end industrialization of new electronics products and qualification with EMS partners. You will develop test tools, document production processes, and support product changes within an international matrix organization.

The role requires degrees in electronics/mechatronics, hands-on development experience, and travel of 5–10% to support cross-site activities. Hague/Switzerland operations are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in electronics / mechatronic engineering.
• Experience in electronics development (analog, digital, uC, power electronics).
• Experience in programming (e.g. C, C#, SPS) and ECAD-tools (e.g. ALTIUM).

Responsibilities

• Accompany the entire industrialization process of new electronics products until the final acceptance.
• Support EMS partners and internal departments to ensure a successful production process qualification.
• Development of individual test tools for product verification.
• Creation of the necessary production documents.
• Execute and document first article inspections. Standardization of production processes.
• Support electronics product development.
• Coordination and implementation of product changes as part of the change management.

Your profile:
