Job summary

BauWatch is seeking an analytical Electrical Engineer to design, validate, and improve electrical systems for our security solutions. You will collaborate with Product Management, Service, Procurement, suppliers, and external engineering partners to deliver reliable, future-proof products.

You will join a dynamic international team and directly influence product development and manufacturing processes. The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to grow with BauWatch Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical system design and schematics.
• Knowledge of CE regulations and compliance processes.
• Experience with testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical schematics and systems.
• Test, validate, and optimize new and existing solutions.
• Coordinate CE certification and compliance activities.
• Support manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation projects.
• Analyze system data and implement optimizations.
