Job summary

Discover Recruitment is partnering with an established manufacturing business in Sittard to appoint an experienced EHS & Quality Manager. You will lead health, safety, environmental compliance and quality management across operations, working closely with production, engineering and technical teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, regulatory adherence and incident investigations, while building a strong safety culture and delivering training across site operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in EHS, Quality or a combined management role within manufacturing.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety, Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Dutch HSE regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with ISO quality management systems.
• Experience conducting audits, managing compliance and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within process manufacturing or other regulated industrial environments is advantageous.

Overview

Discover is working with an established manufacturing business seeking an experienced EHS & Quality Manager to oversee health, safety, environmental compliance and quality management across its operations.
