Job summary

Hogeschool Utrecht seeks an Education Coordinator to support daily operations of the Sustainable Business Transition and Creative Business - Beyond Campus programs. You will handle education, matching, and events, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for students and staff.

You will work closely with program management teams, identify improvement opportunities, and combine established operations with roll-out activities for the new Beyond Campus pathway.

Responsibilities

• Information and digital systems: manage inquiries, publish communications, maintain calendars and FAQs, act as key system user.
• Matching: facilitate student matching, document eligibility, liaise with admissions and International Office.
• Events: support introductions, bootcamps, conferences and graduations, coordinate logistics.
• Education planning and logistics: schedule, form groups, plan rooms and related arrangements.
• Hybrid education and bootcamp coordination: support Beyond Campus learning journey, online Live Labs, and three-day bootcamps; improve operational processes.
