Job summary

HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht is seeking an Education Coordinator to support Sustainable Business Transition and Creative Business - Beyond Campus. You’ll help with education, matching and events, ensuring a smooth learning and working environment for students and staff, collaborating with management teams and stakeholders, and turning evolving needs into workable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong digital skills and AI literacy; enthusiastic about learning new tools.
• Proactive and hands‑on with ability to identify and solve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Information and digital systems: act as a point of contact for students and staff, manage queries, maintain FAQs and calendars, and be a key user of Canvas, Evalytics and Osiris.
• Matching: facilitate the matching process, check eligibility, and enter data in the system, in contact with HU Admissions and International Office.
• Events: support intro weeks, bootcamps, conferences and graduation, coordinating rooms, materials, catering, schedules and participant info.
• Education planning and logistics: take ownership of scheduling, class/group formation, and room planning.
• Hybrid education and bootcamp coordination: support Beyond Campus journey, organise Live Labs and four bootcamps in Utrecht, and help develop operational processes for hybrid education.
