As we scale rapidly across Europe, we’re looking for an experienced and driven E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our digital sales channels and help build the future of health e-commerce.

Role Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving and executing Nutrafine’s online sales strategy across multiple platforms including Amazon, Bol.com, and other online marketplaces in the Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, and Belgium. This role requires a dynamic, analytical, and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Strategy & Management: Develop and implement sales strategies for Amazon (including Vendor and Seller Central), Bol.com, and other relevant platforms per market.
  • Channel Expansion: Research, evaluate, and launch on new online sales channels across target countries.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage budgets, pricing, promotions, and profitability per channel and geography.
  • Content Optimization: Work with our design and brand teams to ensure listings are optimized for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehousing and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, correct forecasting, and timely fulfillment across all marketplaces.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance data and KPIs to optimize campaigns, product visibility, and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and brand alignment.
  • Compliance & Localization: Ensure each country’s product listings meet regulatory, language, and cultural expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience managing Amazon and other e-commerce platforms in Europe.
  • Proven track record of growing marketplace sales and managing multi-country e-commerce operations.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, retail media, and Amazon Ads.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard).
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
  • Experience in nutraceuticals, health & wellness, or FMCG sectors preferred.
