Your Impact

You will be the face of marketing in the US and Canada. You will work closely with local commercial teams across sales and partnerships to define a marketing plan to help us capture demand and build our brand. You’ll work cross-functionally across the marketing team to adapt global programs to suit the needs of your region.

Key Highlights

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive NOAM marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

Hands-on Execution: Own the execution of your strategy, getting your hands dirty in project management and campaign delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets and business goals.

Brand Positioning: Strengthen Deliverect’s brand presence as a leader in the digital food management software industry.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize marketing strategies, and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for North America to attract, acquire, and retain valuable customers.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to support regional priorities.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns overseeing brief development, creative, channel planning, and measurement.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and funnel performance.
  • Develop co-marketing strategies with regional partners.
Your Expertise
  • 10+ years of experience planning, leading and executing impactful B2B tech marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Skilled in crafting innovative strategies that leverage industry trends and customer insights.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of critical projects.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building solutions with limited resources.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience driving cross-functional teams toward a project goal.
Additional Information
  • Location: Toronto, Canada
  • Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote. Flexibility may be required.
