Job summary

ALDEBARAN GROUP in the Netherlands seeks an experienced E&I Superintendent with a strong electrical focus to lead the electrical, instrumentation, and automation scopes on our largest green hydrogen project.

You will manage the construction site until acceptance, ensure safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors, and drive cost estimates and progress. Experience in industrial project construction and HTA/HTB knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading electrical/instrumentation scopes in large industrial projects.
• Familiarity with HAZID/HAZOP risk analyses and electrical safety.
• Knowledge of High Voltage (HTA/HTB) equipment is a plus.
• Strong site management and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction site until acceptance.
• Manage deadlines and personnel within your field.
• Ensure strict safety rule compliance.
• Prepare electrical/instrumentation scope and validate estimates.
• Monitor progress of subcontractors and coordinate activities.
• Oversee quality control and progress of work.
