The Siemens Mobility E-House Engineer in The Hague leads the engineering of modular power distribution solutions for data centers, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to meet tight schedules and budgets.
You will oversee design alignment across MV/LV switchgear, transformers, bus bars, and automation, traveling to sites and factories as needed while maintaining clear, proactive communication.
The E-House Engineer is responsible for overseeing the entire engineering process of
modular structure solutions tailored to customer needs. This involves communication with
internal colleagues, such as the E-House team, LV/MV team, bus bar team and project
managers, customers, and third-party suppliers on tight schedules. The Sr. E-House
Engineer maintains a comprehensive overview to ensure that all designs and disciplines
are properly aligned, fulfilling project scope within the agreed timeline and budget.
Within each project, the E-House Engineer helps the engineering, manufacturing,
installation, integration, and commissioning of complete power distribution systems.
These systems cover medium and low voltage switchgear, transformers, power
distribution units, bus bar systems, digital protection, automation, and monitoring
systems, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. All these elements are
integrated into modular solutions like E-House, designed to meet the complex
requirements of data center environments.
As the E-house Engineer, you help coordinate with internal stakeholders such as projects
managers, procurement, sales, document control, and engineering teams, while
maintaining direct contact with clients. Managing site coordination is crucial to project
success. The role is based primarily in The Hague, the Netherlands, but includes regular
visits to factories, suppliers, and project sites both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities may also include supervising factory testing and participating in customer

As an experienced power electrical engineer, you maintain a clear overview of your ongoing
projects. You are efficient, organized, and able to work under pressure in a varying

With a base salary of 3650- 4000 euros monthly + benefits budget of 22,63%.
