Qualifications

• Vloeiend Duits (schriftelijk en mondeling).
• 3–5 jaar ervaring in e-commerce, digitale marketing of online trading in de Duitse markt.
• Sterke bekendheid met digitale marketing en commercieel e-commerce beheer.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met webshopmanagement en prestatieoptimalisatie.
• Ervaring met tools zoals AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Monetate, Power BI, CMS en PIM-systemen is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Coördinerende spil tussen merchandising, content, pricing, CRM en marketing om groei in Duitsland te versnellen.
• Verantwoordelijk voor commercieel succes en continue optimalisatie van Bever’s Duitse e-commerce platform.
• Beheer contentlokalisatie, SEO-prestaties en merkconsistentie voor de Duitse markt.
• Ontwikkel en voer de commerciële trading kalender, campagnes, promoties en conversie-optimalisatie uit.
• Afstemmen met centrale performance marketing voor paid channels om traffic, omzet en ROI te maximaliseren.

Bever is the leading outdoor retailer in the Netherlands, inspiring people to get outside and experience nature. As part of our international growth ambitions, we are launching our dedicated German webshop. We are looking for a commercially driven E-commerce Specialist Germany to lead this exciting market entry and accelerate our growth in Germany. This is a great and unique opportunity to get involved right from the start.

In this role, you will have responsibility for the successful launch, optimization, and commercial performance of our German e-commerce platform. You will combine strong digital marketing expertise with commercial trading and merchandising skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sustainable growth. Operating at the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing, merchandising, and customer experience, you will ensure a successful market entry and build a strong foundation for long-term growth.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Act as the central point of coordination between merchandising, content, pricing, CRM, and marketing teams to accelerate growth in Germany.
• Drive the commercial success and continuous optimization of Bever’s German e-commerce platform;
• Own product content localization, SEO performance, and brand consistency for the German market;
• Develop and execute the commercial trading calendar, campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization initiatives (localize Dutch calendar and activities);
• Coordinate with the central performance marketing team on the setup and optimization of paid digital channels to maximize traffic, revenue, and ROI.

We are looking for a colleague who is (hands-on) entrepreneurial and, naturally, has a strong affinity for the outdoors and retail. You have strong analytical skills, you are proactive and comfortable working independently. Also:

• Fluent in German (written and verbal), combined with fluent English or Dutch;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online trading within the German market;
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and commercial e-commerce management;
• Proven track record in webshop management and performance optimization;
• Pre: Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Monetate, Power BI, CMS, PIM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
