Job summary

A luxury goods company is seeking an intern for its E-business team in Amsterdam. You will support E-commerce operations and Client Relation Center activities, enhancing your knowledge in the luxury sector. Missions:

Support Europe E-commerce operations, including:

  • Follow-up on order placement & processing, returns & exchanges
  • PLV/gift stock management
  • Model stock analysis and replenishment, in collaboration with supply chain
  • Data-analysis on e-commerce operation performance

Support Europe Client Relation Center, including:

  • Day-to-day support of CRC ambassadors with product inquiry, escalation, aftersales
  • Training / facilitating tools development
  • Implementation of outbound campaign and monitoring results
  • Support on product launch and ad-hoc projects

How Will You Experience Success With Us

  • You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master’s degree)
  • You are interested in the luxury industry and wish to strengthen your knowledge
  • International exposure and a first experience in e-commerce or in customer services is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, including excellent writing skills, knowledge of French is a plus
  • You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and you are comfortable with figures
  • You can easily multi-task, consolidate and summarize information from varied sources
  • You are highly detail-oriented, efficient, pro-active and autonomous
